Field of View Comparisons of 3 iXon^EM+ models

The images presented below are of the same field of fluorescently labeled cells, imaged through a x20 / 0.5 NA air-objective.

Three cameras from the iXon^EM+ range were selected to illustrate the relative filed of views afforded by their respective sensors. It is readily apparent that the back-illuminated DU-888 offers a significantly larger field of view, corresponding to an image area which is > x2.6 that of the back-illuminated DU-897 model.
